Advantages of cold spraying:

• no melting and no phase transition of the coating material.
• the properties of the coating material can be fully obtained.
• small thermal strain of the substrate (bottom of cookware)
• no oxidation with almost nonporous layer
• premium quality and fixed functional layers

The functional layer, which is produced by cold spraying, improves the handling of the cookware. The bottom of the cookware can be designed in various ways, depending on the finish.
